【自然音】爽やかな春風とせせらぎの音【4K HDR】
ちょろちょろとせせらぎの音がする中、風が吹いて木々が揺れ、葉っぱが舞い上がる様はとても爽やかで心地よいです。
この川のすぐ近くには人家や道路があるのですが、森に囲まれたこの場所だけは秘境のような雰囲気の不思議な空間になっています。
川などのせせらぎの音には1/fゆらぎが含まれています。
1/fゆらぎとは規則性と不規則性が適度に組み合わさった状態で、集中力の向上、睡眠改善、リラックス効果があると言われています。

The sight of the wind blowing, the trees swaying, and the leaves flying around while you hear the sound of a murmuring stream is very refreshing and soothing.
There are houses and roads right near this river, but this place is surrounded by forest and has a mysterious atmosphere that feels like a secret area.

The sound of a babbling stream, such as a river, contains 1/f fluctuations.
1/f fluctuation is a moderate combination of regularity and irregularity, and is said to have the effect of improving concentration, improving sleep, and relaxing.
