埼玉県越谷市にある大型ショッピングセンター「イオンレイクタウン」。全国に点在するイオンモールの中でも最大規模を誇るとともに、国内最大級のショッピングモールとなります。「kaze棟」「mori棟」「アウトレット棟」の3棟から成り、3棟の商業施設面積を合わせると約190,000㎡。入居店舗数は700以上にもなります。kaze棟には、トレンドを感じるファッションやコスメ、スポーツ用品の専門店のほか、最新の映画を上映するシネマコンプレックスなどが入居。フードコートやレストラン街もあり、娯楽や食事が楽しめます。mori棟には、ファッション、雑貨、家電、自動車などの販売店がズラリ。大型スーパーマーケットのほか、日本全国や世界のグルメがそろうレストラン街、キャラクターショップなどが集まるゾーン、音楽ライブや国内外の物産フェアなどのイベントを実施する吹き抜けスペースも3カ所あります。アウトレット棟には、国内外のファッションブランドのアウトレット店舗が数多く入居。中心の「空の広場」から延びる「1st Ave.」「2st Ave.」「3st Ave.」、2024年春に拡大された「South St.」沿いの4つのエリアに、多数のアパレルブランドやスポーツ用品の店舗が軒を連ねます。空の広場周辺では、休日にキッチンカーも出店しゲストを出迎えます。
Koshigaya Lake Town
Aeon Lake Town is a large shopping center located in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture. It is the largest of the Aeon Malls scattered throughout the country, and one of the largest shopping malls in Japan. It consists of three buildings, the Kaze Building, the Mori Building, and the Outlet Building, and the combined commercial facility area of the three buildings is approximately 190,000 m2. There are more than 700 stores. The Kaze Building is home to specialty stores selling trendy fashion, cosmetics, and sports goods, as well as a cinema complex showing the latest movies. There is also a food court and restaurant area where you can enjoy entertainment and meals. The Mori Building is lined with stores selling fashion, miscellaneous goods, home appliances, cars, and more. In addition to a large supermarket, there is a restaurant area with gourmet food from all over Japan and the world, a zone with character shops, and three atrium spaces where events such as music concerts and domestic and international product fairs are held. The Outlet Building is home to many outlet stores of domestic and international fashion brands. Numerous apparel brands and sporting goods stores will line the four areas extending from the central “Sky Plaza” along “1st Ave.”, “2nd Ave.”, “3rd Ave.”, and “South St.”, which will be expanded in spring 2024. Food trucks will also be set up around Sky Plaza on weekends to welcome guests.
