Anger toward the atomic bomb is the driving force : Executive Board Member, Nihon Hidankyo
The Nagasaki Atomic bomb Survivors Council is a member organization of the Nobel Peace Prize-winning Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations (Nihon Hidankyo).
In an effort to spread the appeal for nuclear abolition around the world, the Nagasaki Atomic bomb Survivors Council is working on a project to publish videos of interviews with survivors with English subtitles on YouTube.
The project leader is YOKOYAMA Teruko, Executive Board Member, Nihon Hidankyo
and Vice Chairperson of the Nagasaki Atomic bomb Survivors Council. Teruko’s motivation for the project is her anger over the atomic bombings.
