The large island on the left side of the screen is Kakujima island, which I introduced last time.
On the right side of the screen is the town of Hinase, Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture, Honshu (the main island of Japan).

There is a narrow strait called Uchiwada-no-Seto between Hinase (Honshu) and Kakujima island.
Uchiwada Seto has calm waves and is rich in plankton, the nutrients necessary for oyster growth, so oyster farming on rafts is popular.
The 765m-long Bizen♡Hinase Bridge opened in 2015 between Hinase and Kakuijima.
There is no particular name for the name ♡, but this name was chosen through a public contest to express the passion and desire to connect Bizen and Hinase.
At Hinase Fishing Port, the Gomi Market, which focuses on seafood, is held and is crowded with customers from not only the prefecture but also from the Kansai area.
Hinase’s local gourmet kakioko is also famous. Kakioko is an okonomiyaki made with fresh locally caught oysters.
Oyster season is from late October to March, so during other seasons, it’s called “summer okonomiyaki,” which is okonomiyaki with shrimp.
Both are delicious, so please come and try them.

    本州の日生（ひなせ）と鹿久居島（かくいじま）の間には、うちわだの瀬戸と呼ばれる狭い海峡があります。
    うちわだの瀬戸は波が穏やかで、牡蠣の成長に必要な栄養素、プランクトンが豊富なので牡蠣筏（いかだ）での養殖が盛んです。
    日生と鹿久居島の間には全長765mの備前♡日生大橋が2015年に開通しました。
    「♡」の呼び方は特に決まってませんが、備前と日生を結ぶ熱い思いと願いが込められ一般公募でこの名称に決定したそうです。
    日生漁港では魚介類を中心とした「五味の市」が開かれ県内はもとより京阪神からの客で賑わっています。
    日生のご当地グルメのカキオコも有名です。カキオコとは地元で採れた新鮮な牡蠣が入ったお好み焼きの事です。
    牡蠣のシーズンは10月下旬〜3月頃なので、その他のシーズンは「かき氷」付きのエビの入ったお好み焼きで「夏季オコ」です。どちらも美味しいので是非食べに来てください。
