【沖縄の原風景が残る島】渡名喜島（Tonaki island）／沖縄県島尻郡渡名喜村：Tonaki, Shimajiri, Okinawa, Japan

I took a stroll around Tonaki Village in Okinawa Prefecture.
To get to Tonaki Island, it takes about two hours by ferry from Tomari Port in Naha.
Tonaki has a population of about 360 people and is the second smallest municipality in Japan.
There are no restaurants or commercial facilities, so I was able to stay at a private inn and relax.
I like touring Important Traditional Building Preservation District, so just strolling through the townscape, which retains Okinawa’s original scenery with red roofing tiles, white sand, and rows of fukugi trees, was soothing.

沖縄県の渡名喜村を散策しました。
渡名喜島へは那覇の泊港からフェリーで約2時間の船旅です。
渡名喜は人口約360人で日本で2番目に小さな自治体です。
飲食店や商業施設はなく、民宿に宿泊してのんびりゆったり過ごすことができました。
私は重要伝統的建造物群保存地区を巡るのが好きなので赤瓦・白砂・ふくぎ並木など沖縄の原風景が残っている町並みを散歩するだけで癒されました。
