創業56年 函館市時任町に在る中華食堂 八方亭に広東麵セット935円 炒飯715円を食べに行きました。😋 八方亭さんは、白楊魂をスピリットにする、中部高校のほぼ隣に在ります。広東麵セットは、熱々の広東麵に(半炒飯or半中華飯)が付きます。🍜 私は、半炒飯にしました。広東麵は、あんかけ塩味で、とても優しい味で美味しいです。何も足さない、何も引かない。シンプル自然な味なので、不思議と体が、魂が欲する味です。なので、定期的に食べたく成り、ヤミツキに成ります。😋 私は、いつも寒い時に、体調が良くない時に、八方亭さんの広東麵を食べたく成ります。そして、食べに行くと体が芯から温まり、元気に成ります。最初に、八方亭さんの広東麵を食べた時に、私は、その美味しさにビックリしました。野菜は沢山入ってます。うずらの卵も入ってます。醤油味にも変更可能です。セットには、サラダ付きです。そして、半炒飯は、これも食べて再度ビックリしました。(たまげ)ました。🤩 超絶、とても美味しいです。最初に1口、2口とスプーンが止まりません。広東麵と同じで、八方亭さんの炒飯は、何も足さない、何も引かない。シンプルな自然な味なので、不思議と体が、魂が欲する味です。八方亭さんの広東麵と炒飯は時々、定期的に食べたく成ります。ヤミツキに成ります。福神漬と、相性抜群です。私は、半炒飯を食べたのですが、まだ美味しい炒飯を食べたいので、炒飯を注文しました。良い匂いの熱々の美味しい中華スープ付きです。やっぱり、炒飯には中華スープですね。外のノボリに記載されてる(味自慢炒飯)は、間違い無いです。他にも、セットメニューが沢山あります。メニューも沢山あります。現在、御正月のおせち料理の予約を承っております。気に成る方は、動画内のパンフレットを参照されて下さい。🎍 私は、平日の金曜日に行きました。お昼には、満卓に成りました。店内は明るく広く清潔で綺麗です。店舗前、店内にも、花植物が沢山在ります。中部高校が近いので、中部高校の関係者様が御来店される事でしょう。時任町の名前の由来は、1931年、俳優の時任三郎さんの御祖父様、時任為基氏(函館県令)が開いた時任農場に ちなむそうです。これも、びっくりしました。創業56年、長いですね。八方亭さんの最初の創業者様は、本町で ラーメン満龍が在った場所で雑貨屋さんを経営されてたそうです。雑貨屋さんの後に、同場所で八方亭を56年前に創業されました。そして、現場所に移店されたそうです。56年もの長い間、函館の本町、五稜郭、時任町を見て来られたのですね。それは、凄く素晴らしい事です。長い八方亭さんの歴史の中で、沢山の御客様が御来店された事でしょう。八方亭さんには、多くの御客様の思い出、歴史、が沢山詰まっている事でしょう。それを思うと言葉に出来無い感動を覚えます。

I went to Happotei, a Chinese restaurant in Tokitou-cho, Hakodate City, in Japan,which has been in business for 56 years, to eat a Cantonese noodle set for 935 yen and fried rice for 715 yen. Happotei is located almost next to Chubu High School, which has the spirit of white Yang spirit. The Cantonese noodle set comes with hot Cantonese noodles and (half fried rice or half Chinese rice). 🍜 I chose half fried rice. The Cantonese noodles are salty with a thick sauce, and have a very gentle taste and are delicious. Nothing is added, nothing is taken away. The taste is simple and natural, so it is a taste that the body and soul strangely desire. So I want to eat it regularly and I become addicted. 😋 Whenever I’m cold or not feeling well, I want to eat Happotei’s Cantonese noodles. And when I go to eat them, my body warms up from the inside and I feel energized. When I first ate Happotei’s Cantonese noodle, I was surprised at how delicious it was. It contains a lot of vegetables. It also contains quail eggs. You can also change it to soy sauce flavor. The set comes with a salad. And I was surprised again when I tried the half fried rice. I was amazed. 🤩 It’s super delicious. I couldn’t stop eating it with my spoon after one bite, two bites at first. Just like the Cantonese noodles, Happotei’s fried rice doesn’t add anything or take anything away. It has a simple, natural taste, so it’s a taste that my body and soul strangely crave. I sometimes want to eat Happotei’s Cantonese noodles and fried rice regularly. I’m addicted. It goes great with Fukujinzuke. I ate the half fried rice, but I still wanted to eat some delicious fried rice, so I ordered fried rice. It comes with a delicious, hot Chinese soup with a nice smell. After all, fried rice is best with Chinese soup. The (Taste-bragging Fried Rice) written on the banner outside is definitely a must. There are many other set menus. There are also many menus. I went there on a weekday, Friday. By lunchtime, the restaurant was full. The restaurant is bright, spacious, and clean. There are many flowers and plants in front of the restaurant and inside the restaurant. Chubu High School is nearby, so I imagine that many people from the school visit the restaurant. The name Tokitoucho is said to be derived from Tokitou Farm, which was opened in 1931 by actor Tokito Saburo’s grandfather, Tokitou Tamemoto (the governor of Hakodate Prefecture). This was also surprising. It’s been 56 years since the restaurant was founded, which is a long time. The first owner of Happoutei ran a general store in Honmachi, where Ramen Manryu is previously. After that, Happotei was founded in the same place 56 years ago. It was then moved to its current location. For 56 long years, it have been able to see Honmachi, Goryokaku, and Tokitoucho in Hakodate. That is a wonderful thing. I’m sure many customers have visited Happoutei over its long history. Happoutei is surely filled with the memories and history of many customers. When I think about that, I feel emotions that are hard to put into words.
