The gourmet food for business trips we will introduce this time is “Uo-tatsu Edomachi Branch” in Edomachi, Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
This restaurant is popular for its 15-piece sushi set (770 yen), which is limited to 10 meals per day
for lunch. And it even comes with a soup with fish heads for just 770 yen – amazing!
Despite being a cheap sushi lunch, it was great value for money with its “abundance of fish species,” “oozing fat,” and “firm fish meat.” They use locally caught fish, so they offer fresh and rare ingredients.
The volume and quality of the sushi was impeccable and delicious, and I was very satisfied.
