宮城県から北上・・・
田園風景とカッパ淵のイメージが強い「遠野」
鉄の街（高炉の街）釜石
に1泊ドライブ旅行です。
えさし藤原の郷：写真を見ると
「大河ドラマ、炎立つ」
の場面を思い出しましたが、実際、そのドラマの撮影された
場所で、記念にそこを公演にしたそうです。
壮大な敷地で、
歩くと2時間以上かかります。
（ミニバスが出ます）
翌日は夜19時半から行って、ホタル観賞会に参加しました。
7月中旬まで開催されています。
ホタル、久々に見ました。
一番たくさん見たのが今回です。
【続石】
大きな岩が岩の上に乗っている。上の方が大きい、
なんか落ちてきそうで近づくのが怖かったですが、
もちろん、落ちては来ませんでした。
駐車場から山道を10分以上歩いて
汗を書きました。
【カッパ淵】
遠野で、これが一番イメージが合ったのですが、
想像より小さなところで、
雰囲気は合ったのですが、
ややスケール不足かと思いました。
【釜石】
・蓬莱島・・・堤防を歩いて渡ることができる。
灯台と神社があります。
こういうのは雰囲気がありますね。
・釜石 鉄の歴史館
学生の頃「新日鉄釜石」高炉の街として
印象がありました。
高炉はもう無くなっていますが、
鉄を生産している街、
その記念館。
釜石の街をしるにもいいところでした。
【釜石大観音】
写真の通り、の高さです。
展望も良かった。
コロナの影響で
大仏の上の方へ上がれませんでした。
それは残念・・・
【大畑不動の滝】
スケールの大きな滝ではありませんでしたが、
中くらいの大きさながら
雰囲気は良かったです。
【滝観洞】
「ろうかんどう」と読みます。
鍾乳洞の中に滝がある珍しい洞窟。
這わないとススメない大きさのところも
ありましたが、
滝を始め、景色が良かったです。
映画「八ツ墓村」のロケをここでしたそうです。
この小さな穴のところへ
撮影機材を持ち込んだとは、苦労が多かったのではないか？と
ヘルメットの貸出がありました。
頭を何度も打ちました。
（ヘルメットがないとかなりまずかった^^;
【福泉寺】
想像より大きなお寺でした。
五重塔あり
門を２つくぐっていく
結構な坂を上がっていきます。
【遠野ふるさと村】
体験館のような説明がありましたが、
時間ギリギリで入ったため
そういうことはできませんでした。
古民家の再現、
田と池と森
時代的ロケを多数行われたところだそうです。
えさし藤原の郷まではクルマで1時間。
２つは雰囲気が似ているわけではありませんが、
両方とも時代的で使える風景でした。
【稲荷穴】
稲荷神社の隣に鍾乳洞（入れません）
ここの水は美味しかった（わさびを作っているそうです）
1泊で訪ねた岩手県の観光地は
田園風景とともに
滝・ダム・洞窟・海岸と
様々に楽しめました。

When I was a student, as a town of “Nippon Steel Kamaishi” blast furnace

The blast furnace is gone,

It was a good place to see the city of Kamaishi.
