人生初のオーベルジュ！
オーベルジュがなんだか分からなかった💦
こんな世界があるんだと感激（＾＾）
私が感じたオーベルジュは
* 料理長が料理の説明を直接してくれること
* 部屋数が少ないこと
* 大人の上品な空間
* 雰囲気はホテルとペンションの間
* ディナーは17時30分？～18時15分がラストでした（割と早め）
料理１品、１品が芸術的。
まるで美術館で絵画を見ている気分
もちろん、味は繊細で、素材の味がしっかりとして
幸福感をじんわり味わえる穏やかな時間でした（＾＾）

貸し切り温泉風呂の空き状況は
部屋のトイレの横に小さなランプがあるので、
それが点灯していたら「使用中」
消えていたら「空き」ということです。

My first experience at an auberge!
I didn’t quite know what an auberge was at first 💦
I was so impressed by this wonderful world (＾＾)
What I felt about the auberge was:
The chef personally explaining each dish
* The small number of rooms
* An elegant, adult atmosphere
* The vibe is somewhere between a hotel and a pension.
* Dinner was from 5:30 PM, with the last seating at 6:15 PM (quite early).
Each dish was like a work of art.
It felt like looking at paintings in an art museum.
Of course, the flavors were delicate, with the true taste of the ingredients coming through.
It was a peaceful time, gently savoring a sense of happiness (＾＾)
