小区里电线杆为什么不地埋走线,明着电线杆忌讳,看着不舒服,买房看位置不要选看到电线杆的房
左右隔壁邻居都乱搭出去,厨房改到外面油烟味直接喷到家里,整个别墅环境,小区整体外观整洁度直线下降。

我如果要買房,我會在杭州、紹興市附近買房,平時沒事就去逛一逛新昌古鎮,朱家角古鎮,沈園,西湖,進取一些就登天姥山尋問道,去雁蕩山看火山地質公園,江南的天氣多舒服呀!為什麼非要來清邁買房定居,天氣長期炎熱,又沒有太多的景點,就為尋求人生的自由嗎?看不懂。

清迈的房价如此便宜!大别墅才200万人民币。
台灣人都覺得便宜,但以清邁來說,這裡地點很差,建材也不太好,這價錢真的嚇到我,很貴耶
而且以泰國來說,他們的房子蓋得都挺好看的,這間有點老土
泰國的物價不斷飆漲,人民的薪資確沒有漲多少,泰國幾乎靠觀光客撐場,否則以泰國當地人民的消費能力根本不足以影響房價,漲價只能說是被大陸人及通膨炒起來的,但受苦的確是泰國基層人民。

虽然便宜,但是看起来像是很多年前的农村自建房,开发商应该提升下设计和品质了
