I also thought that mentaiko and Kalles Kaviar are similar. When I went to Sweden, I liked it so much that I brought 3 tubes back to Japan. Now, I occasionally order it on eBay 🙂

Yup, I love Ichiran Ramen. I always go for the rich broth now, adds that extra umph. Tokyo, and Japan in general, is great for all the introverts out there. And yes, I also feel almost cleansed after a good bowl of Ramen.

Vilken underbar Japanresa ni är ute på, riktigt härligt att följa! Tillbringade mycket tid i Japan på 90-talet under min styrmanskarriär och har många härliga minnen därifrån. På den tiden var det riktigt svårt att göra sig förstådd på engelska, så man fick helt enkelt lära sig många standardfraser på japanska & ha ett gäng fusklappar i plånkan. 一蘭も美味しいですが全国展開してしまっているので政令都市ではどこでも食べられますが博多でしか食べれない超人気のshinshinラーメンや博多一双のほうが断然食べる価値がありますよ、ただし両店とも行列が凄まじいのでご了承下さい。

I think is mostly underrated for Western tourists… if you ask about Asian tourism then is another story. Fukuoka has actually way more tourists than cities like Hiroshima. Just most of them come from Korea, China, Indonesia…
Watching you eat ramen made me start craving for one. And lo and behold, the Lord answered my prayer. My son entered my room suddenly and asked me if I wanted ramen. He was about to order online and also wanted some ramen.😂 Craving satisfied 🍜
This is the best video out there for Fukuoka by far. Looking at your channel we have been to virtually all the same places you have been, but it took 20 years!! We are on a cruise around Kyushu from Hong Kong next month….maybe a cruise video should be next on your list??
