The inn you can enjoy Japanese village experience – Nipponia Kosuge Village |Yamanashi JAPAN 4k Vlog
We stayed at the Nipponia Kosuge Village Hotel, a renovated old house inn.
It’s about an hour from the highway. Kosuge Village in Yamanashi Prefecture, with a population of about 700, is the source of the Tama River. The Hosokawa Residence, a former landmark of the village, had been vacant for many years, and the concept of this hotel was to preserve it for future generations.
The renovated hotel has been reborn as a landmark to welcome new village guests, and the concept is “a village of 700 people in a hotel” as it is operated together with the villagers.
The hotel is supported by people involved in Kosuge Village, from bus transportation to the ingredients served in the restaurant. The hotel, which has been reborn as a landmark representing the village, is a beautifully renovated old house with a gassho-style roof, and the famous furniture and vintage items create a comfortable space where you can spend your time comfortably.
In addition, events such as Kosuge Village Walks are held every day, and in the summer, you can experience agricultural harvesting for a limited time. If possible, it is fun to arrive early and enjoy interacting with the villagers.
This is a wonderful hotel that is filled with the hopes and dreams of Kosuge Village. They plan to renovate the old vacant houses in the medium to long term and increase the number of rooms. I look forward to the hotel’s future development.

Yes, a new video from you ! I am looking forward to enjoy it, its a nice way to start the weekend. Thank you.
Now I have watched the video and I feel great. What a beautiful place: the setting in the bamboo forest, the small shrine, the wonderful small inn, and the local food. I very much like the concept of this inn ! Thank you for explaining about it. I think that in Japan, its a big problem because when the old people die, many villages become deserted, as the younger generations prefer to live in a city, for different reasons. With this concept, of involving the villagers, using only locally produces ingredients etc. the village keeps alive and even gets more people who want to live there. Thats great ! Another place I wish to visit.
Nice, chill, and pleasant video and audio. Thank you.

I've watched 4 of your videos, and I'm definitely wanting to visit every single one when I go back to visit family. Arigato Gosaimasu!!!!!!
