BOBO GELATE makes their own unique flavor ice creams, and they are delicious (and vegan)! Not only the flavors, but the texture is right, too! The flavors today were Amazake Soy Milk, Lavender Milk, Blueberry Sorbet, Apricot Milk, Rich Chocolate, and Tomato Earl Grey. Very unique and tasty! Not to mention organic. It’s been a while since I’ve seen innovation at a cream place. The interior is also chic and hip, yet Japanese traditional at the same time. It’s spacious and peaceful. They also sell their own miso brand, if you want to make your own miso soup. Their miso is also sold in various places in Toyama. the only problem is that BOBO GELATE is basically a house deep in Uozu residential area.
