Wonderful Japanese vegan-friendly & sustainability on-point buffet breakfast this morning in Tokushima”s Daiwa-Roynet hotel – almost all #reusable containers (could add reusable oshibori towels) Locally made (plastic free) tofu & lots of healthy, local plant proteins available – adding soy milk/oat milk or soy yogurt would make it even better 😁 😋
