Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Arcade is a lively shopping street located in Kita-ku, Osaka. It stretches from Tenjinbashi 1-chome to 6-chome. With a rich history dating back to the Edo period, it first gained popularity as a marketplace for fresh produce and gradually evolved into the longest shopping street in Japan. The total length spans approximately 2.6 kilometers, equivalent to two train station distances, and boasts over 600 shops lining its bustling streets.

In this video, we took a walk from one end to the other of Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street. Along the way, we made a stop at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, where a Tanabata festival event was taking place.     十数年くらい前は毎日通勤に使用していたのですが、当時とは全く違う雰囲気にびっくりです。
    路駐自転車や自転車にのっている人がいない!
    お店も様変わりしていてびっくりです。でも、お好み焼き屋千草さんはあって本当に嬉しかったです。
