I have the CFU, blue business plus, and citi double cash. I never use the double cash, and it’s basically sock drawered. This is probably because I don’t own any citi premiere cards because they cut their benefits. Is there any reason that someone would use thank you points instead of the UR or MR system?

Hey Rami- My best redemption was transferring to Turkish airlines 30,000 points RT for TWO people by booking through United I think we caught the promotion right before they noticed it was a mistake. I havent been able to book those flights again. it was a great trip and wouldnt have been able to do it without my cit card. Loyal fan here ahahahah
Does Citi have the option where you can call them directly and they book everything for you, like Amex? Or only options is online though the portal ?

So are you saying that ThankYou points are not worth it unless you have Citi Premier or Prestige? I only have Citi Double Cash which is currently a sock drawer card. If it's not worth it to take it out I'll leave it there.
