    I have a TSA330 lock which has 4 numbers. I can pull my shackle up, turn it 90 degrees anti clockwise, push it down fully, i can still turn anti clockwise but seem unable to change the code. If I push it down a little it will also turn the numbers when I turn it further anti clockwise. Any advise?

    2022, Got the red lock, you'll see small notches on the rim of the rod where you've to push it in. That's your next "move it another quarter" mark.

    Thank you, I didn't push it through ebcause i tought you only had to leave it down but not pushing while moving the digits.

    Do you need to reset it every time you open it? I can set the combination and it locks and opens, but then I can’t get it to lock again, even when I mix up all the numbers

    For some reason, I can't get the lock to go back in. Even with force, can't get it to go back in
