美食の宿 – 御宿かわせみ 福島 飯坂温泉 / Onyado Kawasemi – Fukushima, Japan

福島県福島市の御宿かわせみを訪問してきました。

東北随一と言われる美食の宿。以前から泊まってみたかった宿ですが予約が取れずようやく訪問することができました。

特に食事がクローズアップされる宿ですが、個人的には食事だけではなく宿全体の雰囲気も他の高級宿とは一線を画すレベルの素晴らしさで、特に小鳥のさえずりが響くロビーから眺める日本庭園には魅了されっぱなしでした。食事のみならず、こだわりのたっぷり詰まった素晴らしい宿です。

食事は噂に違わず絶品の一言。特別にあつらえられた器が素晴らしい食事の数々を彩りメニューを見ながら次はどのような料理なのかと最後まで楽しむことが出来ます。

東北地方には素晴らしい宿が沢山ありますが、是非訪れてみてください。

Onyado Kawasemi (Japanese inn – Kingfisher)

I visited Onyado Kawasemi in Fukushima City, Japan.

A gourmet inn that is said to be the best in Tohoku. I’ve wanted to stay at this inn for a long time, but I couldn’t make a reservation, so I was finally able to visit at this time.

In particular, the food is the focus of attention, but personally, not only the food but also the overall atmosphere of the inn is a level of splendor that sets it apart from other luxury inns. I was fascinated by It is a wonderful inn that is not only full of food, but also full of commitment.

The food is as good as the rumors say. Specially made tableware will color a variety of wonderful meals, and you can enjoy it until the end while looking at the menu and wondering what kind of dish you will have next.
