This time I stayed at “KOKO Hotel Tsukiji Ginza” in Tsukiji, Tokyo!
The hotel was newly opened in September 2021 and has many stylish and Japanese interiors.
The room is large and nicely designed but has minimal amenities. It is an eco-style to bring as much as you need from the amenity bar in front of the reception 👍
The “family room” I stayed at this time has a size of 30.55㎡, and the bath, toilet, and wash basin are all independent, so I was able to spend a fairly fulfilling hotel time ☺️
There are many restaurants in Tsukiji around the hotel, and it is a good location to reach Tokyo Station with a short walk.
The breakfast buffet was lined with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, and I was so satisfied that I couldn’t believe it was ¥ 1200 JPY 🙌 We recommend that you include breakfast when you stay!
Please stay and see when you come to Tokyo sightseeing!

I enjoy watching your videos. I have been to Japan many times and like to stay at different hotels, so use the information you present as research for my next trip. I hope I can visit Japan soon. Until then, I will continue to enjoy your channel. 😊
The first thing I do when I get into a room is open the curtains. So I can have sunlight. Was that a church across the street? Very nice hotel.
👏👏👏👏💯💯
nice! will definitely add this to my list! can't wait to visit Japan again!
Me han gustado las vistas desde la primera ventana y me he quedado admirada con los tres cuartos para el baño, en Japón dais mucha importancia a esta zona de la habitación lo cual me parece estupendo.
You always display the prices “per person “ does it mean if couples prices are twice the price per person?
What a good price to stay at a great hotel like this, especially with the breakfast option. I like how you introduce hotel, with different country prices (it's rare that you see it converted to New Zealand dollars, so I appreciate that you do), including a map of the location. The tour of the room and hotel is done well. Thank you.
tokyo is the best place to start traveling as well as minato mirai area. 👏
Please clarify my doubt:
So you are saying that 2 people can stay here for $43.18? or is it (2*43.18) = 86.36 for 2 people?
Your videos are so soothing makes so sleepy 😌🍀, thank you so much I always look forward for your videos
I really loved your video of that incredible inexpensive hotel and it looks so stunning as its looks. 👍💙
It seems too good to be true for an inexpensive hotel in Tokyo! Any other cons observed aside from not having too many amenities? Location perhaps?
Our group voted to stay at Koko and was fortunate to get reservations!
can one sleep comfortably on the couch? I just booked this hotel with the same room as yours for 3 people. can two people fit on the bed comfortably? please let me know
