I am planning to drive to Montenegro as an EU citizen. Montenegro currently has no pcr test/vaccine requirement. I would transit Croatia coming from Italy, I would spend the night in Croatia before continueing my drive to Montenegro. I found that im allowed to transit for 12 hours. But my transit would be longer.. is this a problem? how can I stay longer?
