  1. I love my Scottie Puppy. He has a mischievous playfulness that makes for some really adorable mannerisms and behaviors. He is only three months old and is cuddly, but on his terms. He is really picking up house training and loves when we are all together in the living room. I have never seen a happier animal in all my life.

  2. I'm delighted to see you've included my Scottie, "Max the singing scottie" at 5 mins 35 secs in your video! He was a lovely dog, brave, faithful and sturdy-hearted to the end. We had to say goodbye to him this August but it lifts my heart to see him again!
And thanks for the great information!

  3. My mother wanted this Scottie pup so bad that my sister flew to Montana and brought her back her name is Mattie 2 thousand dollars and a champion line , my mother was 80 years old and my stepdad was 81 years and never ever give a pup to elderly , she didn’t nurture it and train it dad didn’t walk her she walked him and they didn’t intermix with other dogs so she didn’t know how to interact very sad for Mattie since then mom passed away and Mattie is left with a now 83 year old man sitting on a small porch all day wish I could do something but not in a position to do so. Such a shame. Pray for her.

  4. Lovely video. With the sensitivity how do you potty train them not to pee in the house– without a bit of scolding when they make mistakes?

  5. This was one of the best dog breeds I've ever had. The stubborn intelligence is unlike any other I've had. Once they figure out following your rules can be fun or important, they will learn almost the first time they successfully complete that task. My dog would prank his favorite relative. She left her luggage in the guest room, he figured out how to unzip or open the luggage, and would always gingerly grab a set of bra or socks and come show off to my aunt with a seriously mischievous grin and try to get you to chase him a little, but if you asked he would bring it and give it to you no questions. These dogs are unbelievable problem solvers, after they exhausted their attempts to get you to do it first for them, lol.

  6. Got a long leg Jack Russell but a Scottie would be geeat🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

  7. Beautiful dogs, but stripping is the standard and better for the dog's health and comfort–shaving, shearing is kinda bad. Awesome video!

  8. I have had my Scottie Ruby for 14 years having had Westies before that. She is the most loyal caring.beautiful interesting dog I have ever had. I cannot praise the breed enough for its intellect and good disposition.

  9. I am thinking about adding a wee Scottie to my pack.. I’ve just lost a wee chihuahua. I love strong natured dogs 🐕

  10. my scottish terrier is soo funny she likes dominate our other male dogs like when they are eating she sticks her head inside of their bowl and they back away with a bad expression on their face lol

  11. This was fun to watch! Yes, we have a Scottie in our hearts and home. He is attentive, playful, independent at times, loves music, loves cuddling and is good at following basic commands and I'm still adding new things for him to do. Love this doggie!

  12. Saw one of these today & he had a long, classic cut coat. My Dog thought he was "hovering" across the grass & thought he had seen a ghost 🤣

  13. A wonderful dog , loyal .. intelligent , wise , big dog attitude in a small dog, confident , loved to be groomed , strutted around afterwards like he’was a king , that was my Lochlin .. RIP my lovely man ..

  14. I have had two Scottie’s I my live best dog ever. The would warn me when I was going to have a seizure. I sure miss Sadie n Abbey

  15. Thanks for the info! What I liked best was how you introduced the video and then instead of a "but first…" where youtubers normally Like/sub beg and try and huck sponsors (even though we already had to deal with Youtube's native ads), you just got to the info you promised. Along the way after giving us sometime to decide if we liked the info/content they you ASKED, politely, for likes, you didn't Command us to, you asked us. This not only got you my like, my comment, but also my sub. This is the kind of change I want to see in the Youtube world.

  16. Mine lived over 18 years. He was smart. I never scolded or punished him. He was no trouble. I hardly ever see this breed:(
