  1. ive had two so far one the classic chestnut color who unfortunately passed at only 3 years old after getting sick and his older brother whos actually black but brown when the sun hits him and turning 11 this year, unfortunately hes acquired feline diabetes and requires insulin twice a day but otherwise hes in great shape for his age and aside from his brother the best cat ive ever known let alone had as a companion. i love muh kittay 😀

  2. i know exactly what you mean, he spends every night in bed with me cuddled under my arm
    awesome breed

  3. Have loved this breed since seeing this episode a while ago. Just wish they were in Australia! Would love one to join our family. Perfect!

  4. I had a havana brown for 11 years. He passed 3 years ago. He was my kitty soulmate. HBs are not related to Burmese. I was always irritated when a vet not familiar with HBs would call my cat a Burmese. The HBs have blue eyes at birth that later change green. They have all brown whiskers and PINK pads on their feet, though they have brown noses. When they are small it is common to see some light tabby stripping in their fur.

  5. Havana Browns are extremely loving and loyal cats. Unlike most cats that lead with their noses, HBs tend to lead with their paws. It's often called the paw of friendship. You pet them, they pet you back! I miss mine so much! I'm determined to get another some day!

  6. Yes, there are a couple of breeders in France and Italy — US style Havana Browns, NOT the GCCF "Havana", which is simply a chestnut oriental

  7. -_- -_- -_- ok i didnt think about that lol but your still not right ( your right) your not at all

  8. My black domestic was crossed with a havana brown, he would never leave my side. He slept inbetween my and my husband. He had to touch me all night long, sometimes holding my hand. I miss him so badly!!! He was big for a Havana mix, 18 lbs. He was the most affectionate cat I have ever owned, he would let me do anything I wanted to. I could even blow bubble on his tummy, he never put one claw or tooth on me. I so want another cuddle cat like him again. Black w/brown over tones and copper eyes.

  9. I have a Havana Brown named Forrest. He is shy and very reserved, but so beautiful and majestic. Longgggg legs.

  10. the first video is a picture of an American Burmese Cat not a Havanna Brown….what is with the mis information
