Meet Junior 💔🐾

This brave little guy was likely hit by a car before limping into the yard of two amazing girls who immediately rushed him to us.

Junior couldn’t put any weight on his front leg—and even the gentlest touch caused him so much pain, he’d lash out.

After a thorough exam and X-rays, our medical team diagnosed him with a subluxation—a partial dislocation of the joint in his front leg. It’s a painful injury, often the result of trauma like being struck by a car.

We’ve wrapped his leg, started him on pain meds, and he’s now on strict cage rest for the next several weeks. It’ll be a long road to recovery, but he’s in the best hands—and already showing us his sweet and resilient spirit.
