  1. My Daughter and Son-in-law and I just got a Min pin she is 10 weeks old and we have a Chihuahua the two of them play and play when my kids are home she's right with them and when kids are working she my little shadow. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  2. My min pin is 17 years old and was recently diagnosed with Lupus. I fell in love with this dog when he was 6 weeks old. I don't know what I'm going to do when he's gone. The best dog I've ever had.

  3. My min pin is almost 3 years old. I love her soooo much. She loves to play, cuddle and be watchdog. <3 PS – Very food driven

  4. Milo, just loves everyone. He even wanted to be friendly with a skunk. Fortunately I was able to keep that friendship from budding. I hope to find another Mini pin for a companion for him. Maybe I will try a cat.

  5. My min pin escaped so many times , maybe couple of hundred , I was super cautious, but she managed to escape , most of the time when we had guests , she knew it’s the perfect time to get out , she even spend the night outside with all those coyotes and other wild animals around. , but nothing bad happened to her , as if she was invisible for danger , after being with us 16 years ,she’s got cancer and we had to put her to sleep , I miss her terribly 😢 , she was my sweet baby ,who gave us joy and happiness for 16 years…she was very much loved and was very happy dog

  6. I am the proud owner of a two year old Min Pin, or perhaps I should say, he owns me. This video accurately describes the breed to a “T”. Thank you for this informative video. I am sure most people do not realize how much responsibility goes into owning this type of breed.

  7. Just lost mine of 14 years. Don't know if I can get another..she was too damn smart, easily trained and zero trouble. Any dog coming after that will have a tough act to follow.

  8. Best dog ever. Mine, Sgt Rook has been dead for 10 or so years and I think about him everyday.

  9. did i just see a clip of one of the min pins eating grapes..? arent they extremely toxic ti dogs? smh

  10. I have a ratapin. (Half Rat Terrier and half Miniature Pinscher) Both breeds are similar. The energy problem is because they get bored. If you stimulate their brain, they won't tear things up. I got my ratapin as a puppy from a family with a small child. It wasn't fair to the dog. I took my dachshund with me because I believe in seeing how they'd interact. Needless to say they got along great. As a puppy if you train them correctly, they will be great dogs. Needless to say, some shoes, and my wallet fell victim to a teething puppy. Needless to say, he also made visits to the cage. I never worried about him escaping because he stays with me and comes back when I call him. Here's how I stimulate him. I grab one of his toys. I noticed he would drop his toy down by me, and when I would grab it, he'd immediately take it back, so I would first grab it fast. He would be surprised I beat him on speed. I would distract with the right, and grab with the left. Toy was gone. Sometimes I would hide the toy in my pocket or under the bed. He'd be shocked and look for his precious toy. I started squeaking it to get his attention and he'd freak out. I would throw it, and he'd bring it back. I would have to be fast, and grab it. I would than fake throw it. At the time he'd fall for it, and run to get it, but I would hide it. Sometimes I would give it to my wife to hide it. He would come back and look for it. A lot of times I would pretend to have it, and she'd throw it. Now he knows these tricks, and is extremely skeptical of us. You have to change things up. I do this with his treats. I make him work for everything he has. He enjoys it. He's now 6 years old and helped raised a bullmasador. A Bullmastif and Labrador Retriever mix. I wanted him not to get freaked out by big dogs. Anyone with small dogs knows there are more than one way a dog shoes discomfort for the big dogs. They will be either more aggressive when they bark, or go away and hide. Well that seems to work because when my bigger dog was a puppy, he was smaller than him. Now my big dog towers over him, but the little one is in charge. Now he doesn't mind bigger dogs unless they're on his property. Oh yeah I can't spell B-O-N-E-S around them because they know. I know this is long, but I figured I would share some knowledge on how much I love my ratapin. Anyone that knows pinscher is German for terrier, and terriers are known as burrow dogs. That means they like to dig, and will likely sleep underneath the covers. This also means they will rip and tear things apart. I couldn't give my dog fabric toys because the toy would end up ripped apart with the stuffing on the floor. The squeaker would also be torn to peices. I got the Hartz bacon flavored plastic toys.

  11. I have 5 mini pins and 6 micro pins , very playful angd stressed reliever dogs… They are smart , and always escaped from the cage…. Hehe

  12. I love my 15 month old Min-Pin. Leapold was 11 weeks when I got him. Housebroken in 2 weeks . I miss him every time I go work Sleeps under the covers with my wife and I.

  13. I rescued a Min Pin nearly 2 years ago. Her previous owners let her get pregnant twice by a German Shepherd, her health was at stake so a friend intervened and took her away. I've owned many dogs in my time but never experienced anything as fun, energetic and fiesty as a Min Pin!

  14. I'm thinking about getting a puppy 🙂 healthy? I've had different dogs over the years….hyper too. Are they to small?

  15. I don't know if I can agree with the almost no shedding comment. I LOVE my min pin, but she does shed a lot. 🙂

  16. Loved your min pin video. Very informative. I have a min pin Corgi mix and I love her to death. She goes everywhere with me. Keep up the good work and I'll keep up watching. Thanks and merry Christmas! Happy New Year!

  17. even one grape could cause acute renal failure in a smaller dog.

  18. My girlfriend and I are proud owners of a handsome boy Black Jack, 👑 we had to rescue him from a abusive neighbor when he was only 8 months old, he's 4yrs old now and is a happy (spoiled), playful dog..he does have epilepsy, and little dog syndrome, that's got slot better and PTSD, and it takes time for him to get to no anyone before he will either like you or not. But he's affectionate to us , playful etc but one bad habit he has is he all of a sudden will turn very aggressive, territorial and growl , bark at times bite over certain things. Specially his food, toys only when he wants to keep them to himself, and this is new but now our pillows? He likes to sleep under the blankets down towards the end of the bed, but he waits for us to go to sleep now before he (goes under), and if he thinks we are showing each other "Love ❤️" he gets very mad and goes after me.. I have to put him in the living room with the TV on. It's to late to crate train and do to him being abused the beginning of his life he's very hard to discipline also because of his seizures, and putting him even in a different room sometimes is hard because he will bite if I try to pick him up, he talks back to me when I tell him he's very bold, it's hard to explain but if he does bite(nip) he knows rite away it was bold and true to basically say sorry by kissing the spot he nipped, still I haven't been able to completely stop this behavior. Any ideas please let me no, iam lucky to have one docter that has gone above and beyond with dealing with Black Jack when it's vet time, iam so grateful for Doctor G, Morse at the VCA animal hospital in Clifton Park NY. She had to try almost everything to get his seizures under control, bringing him in for a nail trim I'm sure is her favorite 😀, but when you have a aggressive territorial dog I found that basically Doctor Morse is the only one that didn't give up or turn him away, I just hope if I can do anything to better his bad behaviors at times that it's not to late to change..if anything you can email us at Ahernliz80@gmail.com if you have any ideas or advice? Questions solutions whatever will be greatly appreciated thanks… Jennifer and Elizabeth 💞

  19. I love my min pin. I’ve had her for 5 years now.
She definitely has a lot of energy but she can also be the laziest thing ever. She doesn’t like early mornings or super long walks. She is super perfect but having to watch her is so true. She doesn’t chew anything but she’ll go sneak off and pee somewhere if it’s a new place. Aside from that, she’s super smart & makes an amazing travel companion.

  20. Miniature Pinschers the chihuahuas of Germany and also I got two of them.

  21. I've had one for 11 years and no one but me can touch him ….He is very territorial and barks incessantly
Any Ideas Please ? Thank You 💜
