The easiest way how to tell Cane Corso and Neapolitan Mastiff apart are their facial features. The Neapolitan Mastiff have massive head which is heavily wrinkled, droopy ears and very loose skin. On the other hand, the Cane Corso has more proportionate head size towards it body size, they have only few wrinkles that are not that deep, wide skull, a flat forehead.

I have two Neapolitan Cane Corso mixed dogs. They both look like a Cane Corso and display more of their traits I think. If you are torn between the two, get a cross! I've had three like this so far. The more Neo, the more of a lap dog, and more slobber, you will have to deal with. The more Cane Corso, the more guardian you'll have. Great pets either way!
I have a Male Cane Corso and a female Napolitan Mastiff: enough hard but I'm in love with my puppies…… <3
