Just adopted a 1.5 year old blue heeler. Can't pick him up for 3 more days… I've basically watched every heeler video on YouTube. I hate that he's stuck in a shelter right now. But, they do amazing work there, and I'm glad they're there to do it. I'm just trying to stay positive

No difference they are all crazy. Crazy good. They will bond with you and become your second shadow. Argumentative and will push you to the edge every day. Easily bored when not excersized. My six month old blue. Bear. Will walk 15 kms a day then still run around like a loon afterwards 😂❤

I am 12 years old and me and my family have been heeler breeders for 3 years we have seven cattle dogs all of them we bred ourselves except for the mommy and daddy we have had 8 litters all together and have had about 30+puppies and there's a huge difference between Blue heelers and reds red heelers are more destructive we learned that the hard way neither of them are calm until they get to about 5 years old and sometimes even then they're not calm DO NOT GET A HEELER UNLESS YOU DO THE RESEARCH

I have two red heelers they are brothers from the same litter with floppy tip ears, my best one is a perfect dog I picked him as a pup his brother is a really good dog just was abused before I got him and higher energy I love them both they are perfect dogs for my 5 acres I have 2 goats 2 cats 20 chickens and 4 ducks they are responsible for protecting and have done an amazing job they turnt 4 July 15th I’m blessed and thankful to have them.
There born white they get colour in4 /6 weeks you red & blue in the same litter
