Have not seen anyone pulling the hair out this way !! Should you not take the dogs to the groomer so they can de shed them with the necessary tools or wash etc .. or use the special deshedding brush, rake, or grooming glove.. the dog doesn’t seem to enjoy this !

Regarding a suggestion of taking Shiro to a groomer I would guess this is a bit of a non starter given how he can be with strangers!
