Rocky has severe issues and is on heavy duty medication to fix it. His elderly owner could no longer give him the care that Rocky needs. We have been successful in the past helping some dogs, so we were asked to help this boy.
Rocky is 5 years old and should be fluffy like Kiki.
We picked him up in Orange County California February 4, 2025.

Poor guy! He *looks* like he's been through the wringer. I hope he gets better.
