In this live stream, I jumped straight into a big workout after work, focusing on biceps and triceps:
4 sets of straight bar bicep curls (12 reps each)
4 sets of EZ bar curls
4 sets of tricep pushdowns
4 sets of skull crushers
4 sets of reverse wrist curls (bar behind the back)
4 sets of seated wrist curls
We wrapped up with 2.5 miles on the treadmill, taking about 38 minutes.
Bella and Bowser, our lively boxers, made plenty of chaotic visits to keep things entertaining.
