I have the older version of the DVD “Your Puppy 8 Weeks to 8 Months” (along with several other really great Leerburg DVDs) and I highly recommend this to dog owners. I was listening to an interview of a German Shepherd breeder (I can’t think of his name or kennel name off hand or I would mention it) that said he buys the puppy DVD for all of his puppy buyers. I thought that was such a fantastic idea so I decided to do the same. I can’t emphasize enough how incredibly important the information in the DVD is. I haven’t bought the newest version yet but I know the new one will be even better. I’m going to start buying the “Your Puppy 8 weeks to 12 Months” DVD for puppy buyers but mail it to them as soon as they place a puppy deposit so that way they have watched it before their new puppy even goes home with them and they’re ready and equipped ahead of time. I think this just goes another step above the puppy application. Thank you Ed and Cindy for providing such valuable information to dog owners and I hope you and all the Leerburg team have a wonderful Christmas and holiday season. God bless!

Yeah, I think it’s a “no no”. One puppy at a time.
I've been raising hovawarts (big guarding dogs) for over 40 years : I always had at least 4 or 5 of them at the same time, in the house, no confinements, no crates, they all lived (still live) together and each time when I had a new puppy it joined the others immediately : no worries whatsoever.
I don't say raising two puppies together is a good idea, but doing as if you couldn't raise a puppy together with other (adult) dogs is simply uhh….bullshit.
