People in evacuation gather to higher ground after the earthquake. Numerous sirens and emergency announcements notifying the warning echo noisily throughout the city. The camera captures two boats moored in the narrow bay of the opposite bank intermittently. In the beginning, the two boats notify an alarming drop in water level. After repeated aftershocks, the camera being gazed at by the two boats captures the surface of the sea rise in an instant. The water surface reached over the quay wall in a flash, flowing out and washing the boats away. Notice that the water is rushing towards the city below high ground as well. Cars are sinking or being washed away. Rapid currents are occurring everywhere and flowing into allies. With a roaring sound of destruction, waves attack houses. Buildings are destroyed one by one raising clouds of dust. Houses washed away and crushed gather in one place, surging against each other letting out roaring sounds like screams. Looking over at the bay, numerous boats are being tossed about by the waves, drifting and crowding together.
