Sensing the earthquake, the camera is pointed outside. The pavement out front has cracked, screams fly past each other and people are running to escape. The building across the street is greatly swaying sideways and creaking. Its glass is barely holding on, moving together with the swaying. Realizing the abnormal situation, the staff holding the camera runs down the stairs of the building and out. A great number of people have evacuated outside the buildings and the shopping area is in a stir. Scars left by the earthquake remain all around. In front of the large-scaled supermarket, there is a long tremendous crack continuing along the pavement. The quake seemed to have quieted, but another big aftershock arrives and people are in tumult. A thick pillar supporting the supermarket floats midway in air, swinging unsteadily due to its foundation cracking.
