The lyrics tell the story of a relationship from the perspective of both the male and female, with Utada singing both parts. To sum up the male part, the guy is kind of a douche, but he at least acknowledges he&#8217;s a loser. <\/p>\n<p>I loved the concept so much that I decided to make an English cover! My version, entitled &#8220;My Lady,&#8221; is a sort-of &#8220;follow-up&#8221; to Utada&#8217;s version, in which we get to dig deeper into the male&#8217;s perspective.
