Ulaanbaatar, August 26, 2025 \/MONTSAME\/.\u00a0 At the invitation of Amarbayasgalan
\nDashzegve, Speaker of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia, Gerard
\nBrownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the New Zealand
\nParliament, will pay an official visit to Mongolia from August 31 to September
\n3, 2025.<\/p>\n

The visit marks the first official trip to Mongolia by a
\nSpeaker of the New Zealand Parliament. It aims to broaden the scope of
\nbilateral relations, enhance the frequency of high-level visits and dialogues,
\nand strengthen inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries. As
\npart of the visit, Speaker Amarbayasgalan and Speaker Brownlee will hold
\nofficial talks.<\/p>\n

Mongolia and New Zealand established diplomatic relations on
\nApril 8, 1975, and 2025 marks the 50th anniversary, according to the Media and
