As of April 2021, Ishikawa is the captain of the Japan Men&#8217;s National Volleyball Team, and plays as one of its outside hitters. He also won the &#8220;Best Scorer&#8221; award at the end of the tournament.[3]<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, as the national team representative, he competed in 2013 FIVB Volleyball Boys&#8217; U19 World Championship,[4][5] team Japan finished at the 17th place.[6]<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, Ishikawa was called for Japan senior team for the first time,[7] his debut competition that is the 2014 Asian Games in South Korea. The japanese team won the silver medal by lost to Iran with a set count 1-3.[8] In October, he had a name in 2014 Asian Men&#8217;s U20 Volleyball Championship Japanese team roster and led the team won the 5th place.[9]<\/p>\n<p>In 2014\u201315 season, Ishikawa played for the Italian team Parmareggio Modena.[10] He then returned to Japan playing for Chuo University&#8217;s club in 2015\u201316 season. In 2016, he transferred to Italy again, played for Top Volley Latina until 2018.
