崖の上のポニョに登場する宗介のポンポン船をつくってみました。
■ポンポン船の作り方
１ アルミ缶の底面を切る
２ 4mmの穴を２つ開ける
３ 銅管（4mm）を曲げ、エポキシ樹脂でつける
４ アルミ缶の側面を丸く切り、底面に合わせて縁を折り曲げ、エポキシ樹脂でふさぐ
５ ダンボールで船を作る
６ 隙間をシリコン樹脂でふさぐ
７ アクリルスプレーで撥水加工する
I made Sosuke‘ｓ pop-pop boat of the Japanese animated film “PONYO”.
■How to make a pop-pop boat
1. Cut the bottom of the aluminum can
2. Make two 4mm holes
3. Two bended copper pipes(4mm) insert into the holes and put epoxy resin
4. Cut the sides of the aluminum can into a round shape, bend the edges to fit the bottom, and cover with epoxy resin
5. Make a boat with the cardboard
6. Fill the gap with silicone resin
7. Make it water repellent with acrylic spray
