Due to the Fukushima Nuclear Plant problem, load shedding is introduced in Japan. This short video clip showing first black out from 7pm to 9pm on 2011 March 16 in Ageo city, Saitama Prefecture.
In this video clip you will notice in the darkness traffic is running smoothly as per law. Even in the disaster people are well disciplined.

In Japan nation is facing tougher time but still they are well desciplined. You can see in this short video clip. There is no light, but traffic moving smoothly in lane.
So, Japan helped you now it is your turn to help them. Don't you think so?
All of sudden it is cold here, even when I was taking this video. I wonder why?
