@MILIFANGR Ko-uchi came after Teddy's throw
at 0:18 i would have destroyed inoue's one-handed wrist grip with a soto makicomi (my favorite throw) easy ippon!
It was only a yuko, could not be an ippon.
Teddy Riner is not a judoman, only a big size guy that learn how to earn point from judo match by sh*t French
he's right. Teddy rinner may have won many world title's but he's judo skill isnt that good he's advantage is size over opponents and his strong grips. Inoue was very unfortunate to lose this match it wasnt supossed to be a score because he landed on his butt first.
not that i'm in any way the magnitude of a judo player to be expressing an opinion on the match, but i'm not surprised that Inoue had difficulties in this match. his natural "go to move", the uchi-mata is very difficult to make work on such a tall (long legged)opponents. in doing so you have to rotate and lean forward so far before it sticks that it's not such a stable technique in the situation. there are other moves that perhaps would have worked, but i don't think they're his "go to moves".
hes not completely wrong. teddy riner's biggest advantage is his huge strength, and height. he is not, and probably never will be a great technician. plus, the mens 100kg+ is and has been very bad for a few years now.
0:34 no point?
riner.. wtf was that ????
you are not doing judo
A JOKE no skill wee wee
LOL didn't know kosei was so bad mannered, disappointing
WTF? It's no way it's an Ippon OK!! Riner had no control, this is only an yuko.
yuko maximum
Wtf teddy riner is not a judoka it's just a bullshit
No skill no scene it's just big tall man just using power
I'm not surprised to see the ridiculous, dumb ass comments. Pure idiots claiming that Teddy Riner isn't really that good of judoka? Really? I wish I could laugh out loud but the racism is blatantly obvious. It's sickening.
the art of ippon is Japanese…
Koka
Theres 2 types of judokas the elite grippers with decent technique and the elite technicians with decent grips obviously teddy is the first his tecnique is still good but his grips are the best in the world
Japanese Shinohara also said this is difficult to decide about the point. It's true Riner is very strong.
So I take it Teddy was supposed to lose the match so people can gloat about how Inoue used to superior technique to oust the bigger stronger player? It's crazy people saying he won because is grips are super strong, like they are not supposed to be lol. Teddy has incredible timing which is probably his best asset which aids him in his change of direction throws and ashi waza
Fuck this tall piece of shit.
This was envy to Japanese judo. Riner does not know anything about judo. At 0:34 it was Koka pars Inoue.
A bunch of stupid haters, who all have an issue against rINER: uNTIL THAT DAY WHO COULD BEAT kOSEI??? Shut up you evil and jealous. Teddy beat him with a good counter and that is part of judo to have a good grip and understand the timing of your opponent attack. That s called to be skilled and talented. His back went down , the great inoue was beaten by a black youngster of 18 years who came from nowhere. it s toteach you that no one is invincible
Skill level same .
Teddy was just too strong
It was no DEFEAT , no such thing for a cunning fighter taking full advantage of laws and regulations to win at any price. So even though Kosei lost the match, he's still be honored and admired worldwide for his Judo spirit .
France is smart and has cheated by findingna loophole. If other countries start training giants in Judo, even though they suck, just by their height, there will be multiple international champions.
Thank you !
Teddy was gifted with great strength, but not superior Judo.
dam teddy riner has been around FOREVER
0:34 in today’s judo, Inoue would be leading by a wazari here
Where can we find a complete International competition record for Teddy Reiner?!?!
inoue was robbed, simple.
Une médaille volée au grand Inoue
Tedde!
