「亡くなった妻とまさかの再会!?」
宅配ピザのアルバイトをしている松葉台高校ボクシング部のコーチ・桐沢祥吾（木村拓哉）はある日、デリバリー先で思わず言葉を失ってしまう。注文主の女性が亡くなったはずの最愛の妻・史織（波瑠）と同じ顔だったからだ！
一方、ボクシング部はきたる関東大会に向け、練習に精を出していた。そんな中、パンチを当てないスパーリング＝マスボクシングをしている最中、部内一の実力を持つ１年生・西条桃介（村上虹郎）のパンチが、同じバンダム級の友部陸（佐久本宝）の目に当ってしまう。相変わらず生意気な西条は謝りつつも、ほかの部員から責められるや、ムキになって友部を見下す始末…。かたや、眼科の診察で目は無傷だったと判明しつつも、もともとボクシングには向いていないと自覚していた友部は意気消沈。西条と試合で当たったら確実に負ける、と涙ながらに吐露する彼を、桐沢は懸命に励ますが…。
その直後、友部を連れて眼科を訪れていた桐沢とボクシング部顧問・折原葵（満島ひかり）、桐沢の親友・甲斐誠一郎（安田顕）は会計時に思わず息をのむ。何たる偶然か…会計事務をしていたのは史織と同じ顔のあの女性だったのだ！ 激しく動揺する桐沢。その姿を見た葵もまた、静かに動揺。さらに、そんな葵に密かに恋心を寄せていた甲斐も、ショックを受け…。
その矢先、ボクシング部に新たな試練が降りかかる。松葉台高校の校長・大場麻琴（内田有紀）が何を考えたか、勝手に強豪・京明高校ボクシング部との練習試合を取り付けてきたのだ！ 「打倒・京明」という大目標をふたたび突きつけられ、大半の部員がビビる中、自信満々の西条。そんな彼らに対し、桐沢は出場メンバーをとんでもない方法で決めると言い出し…!? Episode 6
“Reunion with my deceased wife !?”
One day, Shogo Kirizawa (Takuya Kimura), a coach of the boxing club at Matsubadai High School, who works part-time for pizza delivery, loses his words at the delivery destination. This is because the orderer’s woman had the same face as her beloved wife, Shiori (Haru), who should have died!
On the other hand, the boxing club was working hard to practice for the upcoming Kanto tournament. Meanwhile, while doing sparring = mass boxing without hitting punches, the punch of Momosuke Saijo (Nijiro Murakami), a first-year student with the best ability in the club, is the same bandam class Riku Tomobe (Takara Sakumoto). It hits my eyes. Saijo, who is still cheeky, apologizes, but when he is blamed by other members, he becomes irritated and looks down on Tomobe … On the other hand, Tomobe, who was originally aware that he was not suitable for boxing, was depressed, even though his eyes were found to be intact by an ophthalmologist’s examination. Kirizawa encourages him with tears, saying that if he hits Saijo in a match, he will definitely lose.
Immediately after that, Kirizawa, a boxing club adviser Aoi Orihara (Hikari Mitsushima), and Kirizawa’s best friend Seiichiro Kai (Ken Yasuda), who were visiting the ophthalmology department with Tomobe, took a breather at the time of accounting. What a coincidence … It was that woman with the same face as Shiori who was in charge of accounting! Kirizawa is very upset. Aoi who saw the figure was also quietly upset. At that point, a new challenge will come to the boxing club. What did Makoto Oba (Yuki Uchida), the principal of Matsubadai High School, think, she set up a practice match with her powerful Kyomei High School boxing club without permission! Saijo was full of confidence while most of the members were scared by the big goal of “defeating Kyomei” again. Kirizawa tells them that he will decide the participating members in a ridiculous way …!?
