宇多田ヒカル７枚目のオリジナルアルバム「初恋」6月27日発売！
原曲は6月27日(水)発売の宇多田ヒカル 7thアルバム「初恋」収録曲『パクチーの唄』。
その『パクチーの唄』を海外の新進気鋭のアーティストSuperorganismがカヴァー。
Superorganismはインターネットを介してイギリス、ニュージーランド、オーストラリア、韓国、そして18才の日本人Oronoが集結したSuperorganism＝超個体を意味する8人組多国籍バンド。
BBC “Sound of 2018″にもノミネートされるなど2018年最も期待される新人アーティストとして世界中から注目を集めている。
今回、宇多田ヒカルのプロモーション企画としてオファーをされ、バンド側が快諾、ヴォーカルのOronoを中心に中毒性の高いバンドサウンドでカヴァーを実現。

Superorganism is a mega-international group of 8 artists from the UK, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, and an 18-year-old Japanese girl named Orono who got together over the internet to make amazing things!! They’ve been nominated for BBC’s “Sound of 2018” and more, and they are sure to be the biggest bang for new artists this year with eyes glued to them from all over the world!! When approached about doing the cover version, the band including Orono kindly agreed and worked their amazing magic to create addictive grooves for the track.
