大外刈 / O-soto-gari
ケンカ四つ / Kenka yotsu (Asymmetrical grips by the two opponents)
古賀稔彦 / Toshihiko Koga
The O-soto-gari Waza is both a fundamental and representative Judo Waza.
The reaped leg swings out behind Tori (Player executing technique), and by continuing to swing the leg upward until the bottom of the foot is facing the ceiling, Tori (Player executing technique) can complete a strong O-soto-gari Waza without losing power.
Although it appears simple, it actually requires proper execution of several fine points, and is therefore difficult.
