The 4th Worldwide Uchinanchu Festival opening ceremony segment featuring Kurara Chibana. She is making a speech about the support given to her by overseas Okinawans, especially those who have supported her during Miss Universe 2006 in LA.
Kurara is so natural, charming and… the audience seemed so EXCITED just by the mere introduction of her instantly! The applause and wolf whistles are the evidence!
P.S. the female Japanese host speaks really good Spanish… very impressive… no offence but she looked kinda pissed… throughout the entire event with no smiles…did she have a bad day or what? A smile would make a huge difference…
