[ジュネーブ ５日 ロイター] – 世界保健機関（ＷＨＯ）のテドロス事務局長は５日、イランの医療施設に対する１３件の攻撃を確認したと発表した。米軍とイスラエル軍による攻撃に関連したものとみられ、医療従事者４人の死亡、２５人の負傷についても検証を進めている。
テドロス氏は記者会見で「推定１０万人がイランを離れ、レバノンでは６万人以上が避難している」と述べたが、攻撃の責任の所在については言及を避けた。
ＷＨＯ東地中海地域事務局長のハナン・バルキー博士はイラン当局の情報として、救急車４台が損壊したほか、病院など複数の医療施設が周辺への攻撃によって軽微な損傷を受けたと付け加えた。
ＷＨＯ広報担当者はロイターに対し、現時点で確認済みの医療施設への攻撃はイランで１３件（死者３人）、レバノンで３件（死者３人、負傷者６人）だと明らかにした。 イランの在ジュネーブ国連代表部大使は今週初め、テドロス氏に宛てた書簡で１０施設が攻撃を受けたと主張している。
バルキー氏によると、数十カ国に医療物資を供給するＷＨＯのドバイにある物流拠点で、地域の輸送制限によって物資供給が一時停止している。
国際赤十字・赤新月社連盟（ＩＦＲＣ）の広報担当者も５日、２月２８日以降イランで職員３人が負傷したと明らかにした。
