韓国ＬＧ、インドを世界の製造拠点に　子会社が今月上場 | ロイター

[ムンバイ／ベンガルール １日 ロイター] – 韓国ＬＧ電子(066570.KS), opens new tabはインドを世界の製造拠点に位置付けようとしている。インド子会社幹部が１日、表明した。ＬＧはインド子会社を今月上場し、時価総額を８７億３０００万ドルとすることを目指している。

ＬＧのインド子会社は、上場によって最大１１６０億ルピー（約１３億ドル）の調達を計画。上場規模は今年に入りインドで３番目となる見通しだ。

インド子会社の幹部は、競争力のある労働コストと強い国内需要を理由に、ＬＧがインドを重視していると説明した。

ＬＧはインドで３カ所目となる工場を建設中で、この工場が欧州などの新たな市場開拓へのカギとなる。

インド子会社は昨年１２月に提出した新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）申請で、今年５月までの上場を目指していた。ただ、市場の不安定さを理由に上場を先送りしていた。
