[ロンドン ２日 ロイター] – 欧米諸国の制裁対象となっているロシア北極圏の液化天然ガス（ＬＮＧ）事業「アークティックＬＮＧ２」で、生産能力に問題が生じていることが分かった。複数の関係者が２日、ロイターに明らかにした。
関係者によると、第１トレイン（生産施設）の稼働率は５５％にとどまっている。第２トレインも電気系統に深刻な問題が生じ、荷積みができない状態だという。
同事業権益の６割を保有するロシアの天然ガス大手ノバテク(NVTK.MM), opens new tabは、本件に関し取材に応じなかった。
中国は先週、同事業からＬＮＧを受け取った。昨年の事業本格始動以来、エンドユーザーに供給されたのは初めて。
船舶追跡データによれば、同事業は今年これまでに６カーゴを出荷。このうち５カーゴを運ぶタンカーはいずれも東方へ向かっており、現在数隻がロシア東部、残りは日本列島付近を航行している。
