［モスクワ　２２日　ロイター］ – ロシアのラブロフ外相は、ロシア・ウクライナ首脳会談の可能性について、議題の準備が全く整っていないとの認識を示した。同時に、ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領が全てにおいて「ノー」と言っていると非難した。

ラブロフ外相はＮＢＣの番組で、プーチン大統領は、ウクライナ戦争終結に向けた合意について議論するためにゼレンスキー大統領と会う用意があることを明確にしたと指摘。ただ、「この議題の準備は全く整っていない」ため、現時点では会談は予定されていないと述べた。

また、ロシアは先週、米アラスカ州で開かれた米ロ首脳会談でトランプ大統領が提起した多くの問題について柔軟性を示すことに同意した一方で、ウクライナは今週、米ホワイトハウスで行われたトランプ米大統領や欧州同盟国との協議で、同様の柔軟性を示さなかったと非難。

「（ウクライナの）北大西洋条約機構（ＮＡＴＯ）非加盟や領土問題を巡る協議など、米国が受け入れる必要があると考えるいくつかの原則があることは誰の目にも明らかだった」とした上で「ゼレンスキー氏は全てにノーと言っている」と非難した。

ロシアとウクライナの両国は、仲介役のトランプ大統領に対して、和平合意の締結を目指す姿勢を示そうとしている一方で、誠意を持って交渉する用意がないと双方が互いを非難している。
