[ブラジリア ６日 ロイター] – ブラジルのボルソナロ前大統領の弁護団は６日、ボルソナロ氏に出された自宅軟禁命令を不服として、最高裁判所に申し立てを行った。
最高裁のモラエス判事は４日、ボルソナロ氏が先月に課された司法上の拘束命令に従わなかったと判断し、軟禁命令を出した。 もっと見る
ボルソナロ氏に対する行動制限は、同氏が訴訟でトランプ米大統領の干渉を求めたという疑惑を巡って課された。
弁護団は６日に送付した文書で、ボルソナロ氏は拘束命令に違反していないと主張。また、自宅軟禁命令について、最高裁の判事団による審議を求めた。
