[ブリュッセル ７日 ロイター] – 米アップル(AAPL.O), opens new tabは７日、アプリ配信サービス「アップストア」を巡り欧州連合（ＥＵ）欧州委員会から５億ユーロ（５億８７００万ドル）の罰金を科されたことを不服として、ＥＵの一般裁判所に欧州委を提訴した。欧州委は４月、アップルが巨大テック企業を規制するデジタル市場法（ＤＭＡ）に違反したと指摘。同社はアプリ開発業者が利用者を割安な他の手法に誘導することを阻止する技術的・商業的制約を設けているとして、その排除を命じた。 もっと見る
アップルは以前から法的な救済を求める方針を示していたが、７日が提訴期限だった。
発表文で「欧州委の決定と前代未聞の罰金は法律が要求する内容をはるかに超えている」と指摘。「欧州委はストアの運営方法を命令し、開発者を混乱させ、ユーザーにとって好ましくないビジネス条件を強要している。われわれは日々の罰金を回避するために提訴し、裁判所と事実を共有する方針だ」と述べた。
