私たちは群馬県大泉町で活動するフードバンク「スマイルネットありがとう」です。 大泉町は人口約4.1万人のうち、約9,000人が外国籍の方。そんな多文化共生のまちで、国籍や年代に関係なく、生活に困っている方々に食品を届ける活動を続けています。
2024年の1年間で配布した食糧はなんと97.1トン。町のライフラインとして欠かせない存在になっています。
Somos o “Smile Net Arigatou”, um banco de alimentos atuando na cidade de Oizumi, província de Gunma. Oizumi possui cerca de 40 mil habitantes, dos quais aproximadamente 8 mil são estrangeiros. Nesse ambiente multicultural, continuamos a entregar alimentos para pessoas em dificuldades, independentemente de sua nacionalidade ou origem.
We are “Smile Net Arigatou,” a food bank based in Oizumi Town, Gunma Prefecture. Oizumi is home to about 40,000 residents, with around 8,000 being foreign nationals. In this multicultural community, we continue delivering food to those in need, regardless of nationality or background.

大泉町は国内有数の大企業が進出し、北関東屈指の製造品出荷額等を誇る工業都市として発展を続けるとともに、多くの外国籍住民との共生についても、全国に先駆けたさまざまな取り組みを積極的に進めています。
また、高齢者や障害を持った人たちへの各種施策をはじめ、数々の子育て支援事業を展開しています。
日本人も外国人も安心して暮らせるまちづくりに、これからも全力で取り組んでいきます。
スマイルネットありがとうの活動は、そうした共生社会の実現を支える大切な存在です。

プロジェクトを立ち上げたきっかけ
🛒 物価の高騰が、これまで支援が必要なかった家庭にも影響し始めています。さらにトランプ大統領による高関税政策が、日本の製造業、とくに群馬県に工場を構える、日本を代表する企業にも波及しています。
そのあおりを受けて、工場の稼働縮小や雇い止めが起き、地域の外国人労働者、日本人労働者の家庭にも新たな困窮リスクが生じています。 スマイルネットありがとうは、「いざというときに頼りになる」食のセーフティネットをととのえるために、このプロジェクトを始めました。 そしてこの備えは、あなた自身や、あなたの友人・同僚を支える手段になるかもしれません。
O aumento dos preços e do imposto sobre consumo está começando a afetar até mesmo famílias que antes não precisavam de ajuda. Além disso, a retomada da política de tarifas elevadas pelo presidente Trump desde 2024 tem causado impacto nas indústrias japonesas, como as fábricas da Subaru e Ajinomoto localizadas em Gunma. Com a redução da produção e demissões, famílias de trabalhadores estrangeiros e japoneses estão enfrentando novos riscos de empobrecimento. Este projeto foi lançado para preparar uma rede de segurança alimentar na qual se possa confiar em tempos de necessidade. E essa preparação pode um dia ajudar você ou alguém próximo de você.
The rise in prices and consumption tax hikes are beginning to affect even households that previously did not need support. Furthermore, the revival of high U.S. tariffs under President Trump since 2024 has begun to affect Japan’s manufacturing industry, especially factories in Gunma operated by companies like Subaru and Ajinomoto. With reduced production and layoffs, both foreign and Japanese workers are now facing increased risk of hardship. We launched this project to build a reliable food safety net for times of crisis. And that safety net might one day support you or someone you care about.

プロジェクトの内容
📦 本プロジェクトで実現したいこと：活動インフラの維持
食料品は集められても、それを冷やす冷凍庫の電気代とトラックの燃料費、あわせて年間500万円が足りません。
特にこの夏に必要な燃料費・高速料金・電気代（100万円）を至急、用意しなければ食品がダメになってしまいます。
スタッフはすでにボランティア（無償）で活動していますので、人件費を削る余地がありません。
今後も食品を大泉町に持ってこなければなりませんし、冷凍庫は常時稼働させておく必要があります。
集荷・配送のためのトラックの燃料費、高速料金。大型冷凍庫を動かすための電気代。
このプロジェクトは、単に「食べ物を配る」ためではなく、いつでも誰でも支援につながれる仕組みを整えることを目的としています。
📦 Objetivo deste projeto: Manutenção da infraestrutura
Mesmo que consigamos arrecadar alimentos, não temos verba suficiente para cobrir os custos com eletricidade dos freezers e o combustível dos caminhões — totalizando cerca de 5 milhões de ienes por ano.
Nossa equipe já atua de forma voluntária (sem remuneração), e nesse ritmo, não conseguiremos manter as atividades da organização. O valor arrecadado será usado para custear a eletricidade dos freezers industriais, o combustível e os pedágios dos caminhões utilizados na coleta e entrega.
Este projeto não visa apenas distribuir alimentos, mas criar um sistema que permita que qualquer pessoa possa acessar apoio a qualquer momento.
📦 What this project aims to achieve: Sustaining our operational infrastructure
While we are able to collect food, we lack the funds to cover the electricity for freezers and the fuel for delivery trucks—amounting to around 5 million yen per year.
Our staff already work as unpaid volunteers, and at this rate, we won’t be able to continue our operations. The funds will be used to cover the electricity for our large freezers and the fuel and toll fees for the trucks used in food collection and delivery.
This project is not just about handing out food—it’s about building a system that ensures anyone can access support whenever they need it.
展望とビジョン
🌈「食べることに困ったら、ここがある」 そんな安心のセーフティネットがあるまちを、大泉町から、群馬県へ、そして全国へ広げていきたいと考えています。 突然の経済ショックや国際情勢の変化に対しても、「備えあれば憂いなし」。 フードバンクは、未来への準備そのものです。 だれもが安心して暮らせる地域づくりの一歩として、ぜひご支援をお願いいたします。
🌈 “Se tiver dificuldades para comer, este lugar está aqui para ajudar.” Queremos expandir essa rede de segurança alimentar, começando por Oizumi, para toda Gunma e, eventualmente, por todo o Japão. Mesmo diante de choques econômicos ou mudanças geopolíticas repentinas, “melhor prevenir do que remediar”. Um banco de alimentos é, por excelência, uma preparação para o futuro. Contamos com seu apoio para dar esse passo em direção a uma comunidade onde todos possam viver com tranquilidade.
