This is from a recently unearthed VHS tape of Japanese broadcast TV from 1992, specifically 森田一義アワー 笑っていいとも! (Waratte Iitomo!). This segment is an interview with Yōsuke Eguchi promoting his “Good Times Tour” of 1992.
